摘 要:综合考虑结构设计原理与现行桥梁加固规范,推导了UHPC加固钢筋混凝土T梁的抗弯承载力基本假定及计算公式,采用非线性有限元软件建立了试件的三维实体模型,进行了四点弯曲模拟试验,并对比分析了理论公式计算值与数值模拟试验值。结果表明:在截面高度增加10~20 cm的情况下,UHPC加固试件的抗弯承载力有显著提升;加固试件的抗弯承载力数值模拟试验值均大于理论计算值,平均相对误差为14.4%,理论公式具有一定的安全储备;推导的理论计算公式能简单、快速地预测试件的抗弯承载力,可为UHPC加固钢筋混凝土T梁的理论计算与工程应用提供参考。
Abstract: The basic assumptions and formula for the flexural capacity of UHPC-reinforced concrete T-beam were deduced by combining the structural design principle with the current bridge reinforcement code. The nonlinear finite element software was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of a simply supported T-beam, carry out four-point bending simulation tests, and compare the calculated values of the theoretical formulas with the numerical simulation test values. The results show that the flexural load capacity of T-beam is significantly increased with a small increase of 10~20 cm in section height, which proves that ultra-high performance concrete is an excellent bridge reinforcement material with high reinforcement efficiency; the numerical simulation test values of flexural load capacity of T-beam are larger than the theoretical calculation values after reinforcement, with an average relative error of 14.4%, and the theoretical formulas have a certain amount of safety reserves. The formula derived from the research results can predict the flexural load capacity of T-beam combined section beams in a simple, safe and fast way, and provide a reference for the theoretical calculation and engineering application of ultra-high-performance concrete reinforced reinforced concrete T-beam.
