摘 要:以我国西北地区干湿循环盐碱环境下氯离子对带裂工作的钢筋混凝土侵蚀破坏为背景,设计了预置不同宽度表面裂缝的混凝土试件,研究了在若干个干湿循环内不同配比带裂钢筋混凝土的氯离子侵蚀的程度与速率。结果表明:高性能耐腐蚀混凝土能够有效延缓氯离子渗透侵蚀的时间,相对减轻侵蚀程度;钢筋阻锈剂能够显著提升钢筋混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力;在带裂工作的情况下,高性能耐腐蚀混凝土对氯离子侵蚀作用的抑制更为明显。
Abstract: Based on the erosion of chloride ions to the reinforced concrete with cracks under dry and wet cyclic saline alkali environment in the Northwest China, concrete specimens with different width surface cracks are designed in the experiment to investigate the degree and rate of chloride corrosion in several dry wet cycles of reinforced concrete. The results illustrate that high performance corrosion resistant concrete can effectively retard chloride penetration time and relatively reduce the erosion. The reinforcing bar rustproof can remarkably improve the resistance to the chloride ion erosion of concrete. In case of load with cracks, it is more obvious that the high performance corrosion resistant concrete possess a better ability to restrain the chloride ion erosion.
