摘 要:通过测试不同水灰比下C35、C40、C50花岗岩机制砂混凝土的工作性及力学性能,分析了水灰比对机制砂混凝土性能的影响,得到了机制砂混凝土的最佳配合比。结果表明:水灰比对机制砂混凝土的工作性有直接影响,也会间接影响机制砂混凝土的力学性能;在不同水灰比条件下,3种不同强度等级的机制砂混凝土力学性能的变化规律均相同;综合考虑机制砂混凝土的工作性和力学性能,确定了C35、C40、C50花岗岩机制砂混凝土的最佳水灰比分别为0.39、0.34、0.32。
Abstract: By testing the workability and mechanical properties of C35, C40, and C50 granite manufactured sand concrete under different water-cement ratios, the influence of water-cement ratio on the performance of manufactured sand concrete was analyzed, and the optimal mix proportion of manufactured sand concrete with different strength grades was obtained. The results show that the water-cement ratio has a direct impact on the workability of manufactured sand concrete, and also indirectly affects the mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete. The variation law of mechanical properties of three different strength grades of manufactured sand concrete is the same under different water-cement ratios. Taking into account the workability and mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete, the optimal water-cement ratios for C35, C40, and C50 granite manufactured sand concrete are determined to be 0.39, 0.34, and 0.32, respectively.
