摘 要:为了解决地铁管片混凝土的脆性问题,在混凝土中掺加高分子合成纤维,研究了其对混凝土的增韧效果,并与钢纤维、玻璃纤维的增强效果进行了对比,探讨了高分子合成纤维在管片中应用的可行性。试验结果表明,高分子合成纤维、钢纤维及玻璃纤维的掺加对地铁管片混凝土工作性和力学性能影响不大,对混凝土耐久性稍有一定的不利影响;但对混凝土的增韧效果显著,混凝土抗弯性能及抗冲击性能得到明显改善。测试数据显示,管片混凝土中掺加6 kg/m3的高分子合成纤维和30 kg/m3的钢纤维具有几乎同等的增韧效果。
Abstract: In order to solve the brittleness problem of metro segment concrete, polymer synthetic fibers are added to concrete to study its toughening effect on concrete, and compared with steel fibers and glass fibers, the feasibility of application of polymer synthetic fibers in segment concrete is discussed. The results show that polymer synthetic fibers, steel fibers and glass fibers have little effect on the working performance and mechanical properties of metro segment concrete, and have a slight adverse effect on the long-term durability of concrete, but have a significant toughening effect on concrete, and the flexural performance and impact resistance of concrete are significantly improved. The test data show that the toughening effect of 6 kg/m3 macromolecule synthetic fibers almost the same as that of 30 kg/m3 steel fibers in segment concrete.
