摘 要:依托醴娄高速周家冲隧道工程,研究了强腐蚀地下水环境中HCO3-和游离CO2对混凝土的腐蚀影响,分析了腐蚀机理,制备了抗碳酸盐和碳酸性腐蚀的C40隧道衬砌混凝土,并通过正交试验方法确定了该混凝土的最佳配合比。此外,还提出了隧道衬砌混凝土防腐措施。结果表明:混凝土的最佳配合比为m水泥∶m细骨料∶m粗骨料∶m水∶m矿粉∶m硅灰∶m硅藻土∶m■∶m减水剂=1∶1.83∶2.43∶0.35∶0.10∶0.062∶0.021∶0.016∶0.012;加强混凝土拌合、运输、泵送、浇筑、养护等施工质量控制,加强防排水措施,均可提高隧道衬砌混凝土的抗碳酸盐和碳酸腐蚀性能。
Abstract: Based on the Zhoujiachong tunnel project of Lilou expressway, the corrosion effect of HCO3- and free CO2 on concrete in highly corrosive groundwater environment were studied. The corrosion mechanism was analyzed, and C40 tunnel lining concrete with resistance to carbonate and carbonation corrosion was prepared. The optimal mix proportion of concrete was determined through orthogonal experimental method. In addition, anti-corrosion measures for tunnel lining concrete were proposed. The results show that the optimal mix proportion of concrete is mcement∶mfine aggregate∶mcoarse aggregate∶mwater∶mmineral powder∶msilica fume∶mdiatomaceous earth∶m■∶mwater reducing agent=1∶1.83∶2.43∶0.35∶0.10∶0.063∶0.021∶0.016∶0.012. Strengthening construction quality control such as concrete mixing, transportation, pumping, pouring, and curing, as well as strengthening waterproof and drainage measures, can improve the carbonate and carbonate corrosion resistance of tunnel lining concrete.
