摘 要:针对C60主塔混凝土黏度大、易开裂等问题,通过在C60主塔混凝土中掺入新型复合降黏剂,研究了新型复合降黏剂掺量(0、10%、15%、20%)对混凝土性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:新型复合降黏剂可降低混凝土的黏度,使其具有更好的流动性、匀质性,易于泵送,且掺量越高效果越显著;新型复合降黏剂对混凝土7 d抗压强度有一定影响,但对28 d抗压强度无不利影响;新型复合降黏剂可延缓混凝土的水化进程,且掺量增加,延迟效果也逐渐增加,混凝土绝热温升逐渐降低;新型复合降黏剂的掺入可降低混凝土的干燥收缩,且掺量越高,效果越明显。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as high viscosity and easy cracking of C60 main tower concrete, the effect of the dosage of compound viscosity reducer(0、10%、15%、20%) on the performance of concrete was studied by adding a new compound viscosity reducer to the C60 main tower concrete, and its mechanism of action was analyzed. The results show that the new compound viscosity reducer can reduce the viscosity of concrete, making it have better fluidity and uniformity, easy pumping, and the higher the dosage, the more significant the effect. The new compound viscosity reducer has a certain impact on the compressive strength of concrete at 7 d, but has no adverse effect on the compressive strength at 28 d. The new compound viscosity reducer can delay the hydration process of concrete, and the delay effect gradually increases with the increase of dosage, and the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete gradually decreases. The addition of the new compound viscosity reducer can reduce the drying shrinkage of concrete, and the higher the dosage, the more obvious the effect.
