摘   要:采用新拌混凝土气泡结构分析仪测定了新拌混凝土的气泡结构参数,通过灰色关联分析方法研究了气泡结构参数对新拌混凝土工作性的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:不同直径范围的气泡对新拌混凝土坍落度的影响程度不同;当含气量相近时,小直径范围内气泡含量越多,新拌混凝土中气泡的平均直径和间距系数越小,可显著提高新拌混凝土的工作性。 Abstract: The bubble structure parameters of fresh concrete were measured by using the fresh concrete bubble structure analyzer, and the influence of the bubble structure parameters of fresh concrete on its workability was studied by using the grey correlation analysis method, and its mechanism of action was analyzed. The results indicate that bubbles with different diameter ranges have varying degrees of promotion on the slump of fresh concrete. When the air content is similar, the more bubbles in the small diameter range, the smaller the average diameter and spacing coefficient of the overall bubbles in the fresh concrete, which can significantly improve the workability of fresh concrete.

摘   要:采用新拌混凝土气泡结构分析仪测定了新拌混凝土的气泡结构参数,通过灰色关联分析方法研究了气泡结构参数对新拌混凝土工作性的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:不同直径范围的气泡对新拌混凝土坍落度的影响程度不同;当含气量相近时,小直径范围内气泡含量越多,新拌混凝土中气泡的平均直径和间距系数越小,可显著提高新拌混凝土的工作性。

Abstract: The bubble structure parameters of fresh concrete were measured by using the fresh concrete bubble structure analyzer, and the influence of the bubble structure parameters of fresh concrete on its workability was studied by using the grey correlation analysis method, and its mechanism of action was analyzed. The results indicate that bubbles with different diameter ranges have varying degrees of promotion on the slump of fresh concrete. (1)新拌混凝土的坍落度与不同直径范围的气泡的灰色关联分析结果均为正值,即气泡的引入可增大新拌混凝土坍落度,但不同直径范围的气泡对新拌混凝土坍落度的影响程度不同。
(2)小直径范围的气泡可以显著改善新拌混凝土的工作性,当新拌混凝土含气量相近时,增加10~600 μm直径范围的气泡含量,可减小气泡的平均直径和间距系数,增大比表面积,进而改善表层浆体性能,显著提高新拌混凝土的流动性。
(3)当新拌混凝土含气量相近时,尺寸较小且数量众多的气泡在浆体中更易均匀分布,更易发挥滚珠效应和润滑效应,降低了粗骨料表层浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度,增大了表层浆体层厚度,降低了粗骨料间的碰撞概率和摩擦阻力,进而显著提高了新拌混凝土的流动性。
