摘 要:通过对不同生产工艺的水泥水化放热量进行试验,得到各水泥的水化放热曲线和拟合公式,可以用于预测不同时间段内水化放热量,并结合各工艺水泥的抗压强度对水泥进行了选择。对基准C60P10和C40P10进行优化,同时,通过四种配合比胶材的水化热量化试验,发现降低水泥用量,增加粉煤灰和矿粉用量可以有效降低混凝土水化热,其中,优化后C60P10的7d水化热降低10.4%,优化后C40P10的7d水化热降低25.4%。
Abstract: The experiment with heat of hydration of different cement craft in the mixing stations was carried out, the hydrothermal curve and the fitting formula for each cement were obtained. Different periods of heat of hydration of different cement craft could be properly predicted. The compressive strength of each process cement is combined to choose the cement. The mixture ratio benchmark C60P10 and C40P10 was optimized with heat of hydration of four kinds of rubber mixture material quantitative test. The results show that reducing the dosage of cement, increasing the dosage of fly ash and mineral powder can effectively reduce heat of hydration of concrete, including after optimization, the 7d hydration heat of C60P10 is reduced by 10.4%, the optimization of C40P10 is reduced by 25.4%.
