摘 要:对城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰(以下简称飞灰)进行解毒无害化处理,研究了解毒飞灰等质量取代0、20%、30%、50%、100%的矿粉对混凝土实心砖抗压强度、吸水率、耐久性能、放射性、重金属浸出浓度的影响。结果表明:经过解毒处理后的飞灰重金属含量显著降低;总体上,解毒飞灰的掺入使混凝土实心砖的抗压强度和耐久性能降低,吸水率、放射性和重金属浸出浓度增大;结合相关标准对混凝土实心砖的性能要求,推荐解毒飞灰的掺量为30%。
Abstract: The detoxification treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (hereinafter referred to as fly ash) was conducted, and the effects of replacing 0, 20%, 30%, 50% and 100% mineral powder with detoxified fly ash on the compressive strength, water absorption, durability, radioactivity and heavy metal leaching concentration of solid concrete brick were studied. The results show that the heavy metal content in fly ash significantly decreases after detoxification treatment. Overall, the addition of detoxified fly ash reduces the compressive strength and durability of solid concrete brick, while increases water absorption, radioactivity and heavy metal leaching concentration. Based on the performance requirements of relevant standards for solid concrete brick, it is recommended to add 30% content of detoxicated fly ash.
