产气微生物掺量对水泥基材料界面过渡区性能的影响

摘 要:界面过渡区是混凝土结构中的薄弱部分,对混凝土的性能有重要影响。选用酵母菌作为产气微生物,研究了产气微生物掺量对水泥-骨料界面过渡区性能的影响。结果表明:酵母菌的加入加速了Ca(OH)2的消耗,促进了CaCO3、C-S-H等水化产物的生成,细化了界面过渡区结构,优化了界面过渡区产物组成,降低了界面过渡区宽度,并增加了显微硬度;当微生物掺量为80%时,界面过渡区的优化效果最佳,与无微生物时相比,界面过渡区的宽度减少了14.3%~15.4%,显微硬度增加了15.2%~25.1%。
Abstract: The interfacial transition zone is the weak part of concrete structure, which has an important influence on the strength and durability of concrete. Yeast was selected as the gas-producing microbial, and the effect of gas-producing microbial content on the performance of interface transition zone between cement and aggregate was studied. The results show that the addition of yeast accelerates the consumption of Ca(OH)2 , promotes the generation of hydration products such as CaCO3 and C-S-H, refines the structure of the interface transition zone, optimizes the composition of the interface transition zone products, reduces the width of the interface transition zone, and increases the microhardness. When the microbial content is 80%, the optimization effect of the interface transition zone is the best. Compared with the absence of microbial, the width of the interface transition zone is reduced by 14.3%~15.4%, and the microhardness is increased by 15.2%~25.1%.
