摘 要:通过引入新型滑管仪预测泵送压力,以表征黏度改性材料对混凝土施工性能的改善情况,并研究了黏度改性材料对C50泵送混凝土的力学性能、干燥收缩、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:掺入适量的黏度改性材料可以明显降低混凝土的泵送压力,改善施工性能,促进了后期强度发展,降低干燥收缩,同时提高抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能;当黏度改性材料掺量为8%时,混凝土的综合性能最佳。
Abstract: By introducing a new sliper to predict pumping pressure, the improvement of concrete construction performance by viscosity modified materials was characterized. The influence of viscosity modified materials on the mechanical properties, drying shrinkage, and durability of C50 pumping concrete was also studied. The results show that adding an appropriate content of viscosity modified materials can significantly reduce the pumping pressure of concrete, improve construction performance, promote the development of later strength, reduce drying shrinkage, and improve resistance to chloride ion penetration and frost resistance. When the content of viscosity modified material is 8%, the comprehensive performance of concrete is optimal.
