摘 要:针对驻马店市某住宅小区带地下室既有建筑地上一层阳台墙体与主体结构交接处墙体出现裂缝,且阳台墙体向南倾斜的问题,通过现场踏勘及查验图纸,发现该问题的产生是由于阳台墙基础持力层土体发生固结沉降。通过不同加固方案的对比,结合现场实际情况,采用钢筋混凝土托架梁加固法进行加固修复。实际使用效果表明:加固效果显著,修复部位未发现裂缝、变形及损伤。研究结果可为既有建筑加固工程提供参考。
Abstract: In view of the problems of cracks in the wall at the junction of the balcony wall and the main structure on the ground floor of the existing building in the basement of a residential district in Zhumadian, and the southward inclination of the balcony wall, through on-site reconnaissance and inspection drawings, it is found that the cracks are caused by the consolidation settlement of the soil in the bearing layer of the balcony wall foundation. After comparing and analyzing different reinforcement schemes, combined with the actual situation on site, the reinforcement method of reinforced concrete bracket beam is used. The actual use effect shows that no cracks, deformation and damage have been found in the repair site, and the reinforcement effect is remarkable, which has a guiding significance for the the existing building reinforcement project.
