摘   要:分析了生蚝壳(OS)的主要化学成分及其作为胶凝材料或骨料的制备方法,综述了OS粉等质量部分替代水泥或OS砂等质量部分替代天然细骨料对混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响,评价了OS应用到混凝土中的环境效益,可为OS的资源化利用提供参考,同时降低混凝土的生产成本,减少碳排放。 Abstract: The main chemical compositions of oyster shell (OS) and its preparation methods as cementitious material or aggregate were analyzed, and the effects of equal mass partial replacement of cement by OS powder or equal mass partial replacement of natural fine aggregate by OS sand on the workability, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete were reviewed, and the environmental benefits of the application of OS in concrete were evaluated, which can provide a reference for the resource utilization of OS, and reduce concrete production cost and carbon emission.

摘   要:分析了生蚝壳(OS)的主要化学成分及其作为胶凝材料或骨料的制备方法,综述了OS粉等质量部分替代水泥或OS砂等质量部分替代天然细骨料对混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响,评价了OS应用到混凝土中的环境效益,可为OS的资源化利用提供参考,同时降低混凝土的生产成本,减少碳排放。

Abstract: The main chemical compositions of oyster shell (OS) and its preparation methods as cementitious material or aggregate were analyzed, and the effects of equal mass partial replacement of cement by OS powder or equal mass partial replacement of natural fine aggregate by OS sand on the workability, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete were reviewed, and the environmental benefits of the application of OS in concrete were evaluated, which can provide a reference for the resource utilization of OS, and reduce concrete production cost and carbon emission.

(1)OS具有成分复杂、CaCO3含量高、活性低等特点,通过煅烧、研磨等方式处理后可作为胶凝材料或骨料使用,从而降低混凝土生产成本,并减少碳排放。
(2)OS粉或OS砂的掺入一般会降低混凝土的工作性和力学性能,可以通过添加适量粉煤灰、偏高岭土等进行改善。总体上,掺入适量OS粉或OS砂能在一定程度上提高混凝土的耐久性能。
(3)目前关于OS作为胶凝材料或骨料(主要指细骨料)对混凝土性能的影响研究主要集中在宏观性能方面,而关于其微观结构及其作用机理的分析研究相对较少,后续可对此进行深入研究。
