摘 要:通过L9(34)正交试验研究了骨料级配(m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm=7∶3、6∶4、5∶5)、骨胶比(3.0、3.1、3.2)、粉煤灰掺量(10%、15%、20%)、增强剂掺量(4%、5%、6%)对透水混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、有效孔隙率和透水系数的影响。结果表明:对于抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,最佳的m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm为6∶4、骨胶比为3.1、粉煤灰掺量为20%、增强剂掺量为4%;对于有效孔隙率和透水系数,最佳的m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm为6∶4、骨胶比为3.2、粉煤灰掺量为15%、增强剂掺量为6%。
Abstract: The effects of aggregate gradation (m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm=7∶3, 6∶4, 5∶5), aggregate cement ratio (3.0, 3.1, 3.2), fly ash content (10%, 15%, 20%), and reinforcing agent content (4%, 5%, 6%) on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, effective porosity, and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete were studied through L9(34) orthogonal experiment. The results show that for compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, the optimal m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm is 6∶4, aggregate cement ratio is 3.1, fly ash content is 20%, and reinforcing agent content is 4%. For effective porosity and permeability coefficient, the optimal m4.75~9.50 mm∶m9.50~16.00 mm is 6∶4, aggregate cement ratio is 3.2, fly ash content is 15%, and reinforcing agent content is 6%.
