摘 要:研究了亚硝酸钙对水泥砂浆的流动性、凝结时间、水化热、收缩及强度的影响,并在实际工程中应用。结果表明:掺加亚硝酸钙可提高砂浆的流动度,0.8%~1.4%掺量的亚硝酸钙对砂浆流动度的提高效果相对较好;掺加亚硝酸钙可促进水泥早期水化产物的生成,加速水化反应,使水泥浆体快速凝结,从而缩短初凝和终凝时间,同时还提高了砂浆的早期强度,但会增加砂浆的收缩;当亚硝酸钙掺量为1.0%~1.6%时,砂浆的抗压强度相对较好;工程实际应用表明,掺亚硝酸钙的砂浆可以用于特定环境下建筑结构的修补加固。
Abstract: The effects of calcium nitrite on the fluidity, setting time, hydration heat, shrinkage, and strength of cement mortar were studied and applied in practical engineering. The results show that the addition of calcium nitrite can improve the fluidity of mortar, and the effect of improving the fluidity of mortar is relatively good when the calcium nitrite content is 0.8%~1.4%. The addition of calcium nitrite can promote the generation of early hydration products in cement, accelerate the hydration reaction, and enable the cement slurry to quickly set, thereby shortening the initial and final setting times. At the same time, it also improves the early strength of mortar, but will increase its shrinkage. When the content of calcium nitrite is 1.0%~1.6%, the compressive strength of mortar is relatively good. Practical engineering application shows that mortar mixed with calcium nitrite can be used for repairing and strengthening building structures in specific environments.
