摘 要:采用单因素法研究了粒径为5~10 mm和10~20 mm粗骨料级配(比例5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2)、减水剂掺量(1.3%、1.5%、1.7%、1.9%、2.1%)、骨胶比(2.6、2.9、3.2、3.5、3.8)对C60流态混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着5~10 mm石子比例的增加,混凝土的坍落扩展度、J环扩展度和抗压强度均呈先增加后降低的趋势,T500则先降低后增加;随着减水剂掺量的增加,混凝土的坍落扩展度和J环扩展度逐渐增加,T500逐渐降低,抗压强度呈先增加后降低的趋势;随着骨胶比的增加,混凝土的坍落扩展度、J环扩展度和抗压强度先增加后降低,T500先降低后增加;当粒径为5~10 mm和10~20 mm粗骨料级配比例为7∶3、减水剂掺量为1.7%、骨胶比为2.9时,混凝土的综合性能最佳。
Abstract: The single factor method was used to study the effects of coarse aggregate gradation (ratios of 5∶5, 6∶4, 7∶3, 8∶2) with particle sizes of 5~10 mm and 10~20 mm, polycarboxylate superplasticizer content(1.3%, 1.5%, 1.7%, 1.9%, 2.1%), and aggregate binder ratio(2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8) on the workability and compressive strength of C60 fluidized concrete. The results show that as the proportion of 5~10 mm stones increases, the slump expansion, J-ring expansion, and compressive strength of concrete show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while T500 first decreases and then increases. With the increase of polycarboxylate superplasticizer content, the slump expansion and J-ring expansion of concrete gradually increase, T500 gradually decreases, and the compressive strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. As the aggregate binder ratio increases, the slump expansion, J-ring expansion, and compressive strength of concrete first increase and then decrease, and T500 first decreases and then increases. When the gradation ratio of coarse aggregates with particle sizes of 5~10 mm and 10~20 mm is 7∶3, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer content is 1.7%, and the aggregate binder ratio is 2.9, the comprehensive performance of concrete is optimal.
