摘 要:通过人工搭配多种级配参数的砂,分别采用混凝土含气量仪与气泡参数分析系统,研究了砂级配对混凝土气泡参数的影响规律。结果表明,砂的级配参数与混凝土含气量、气泡稳定性、气泡孔径分布及气泡间距系数等气泡参数存在确定的影响规律,依据此规律可通过砂级配调整有效地改善混凝土气泡参数。
Abstract: The influence of sand grading on the concrete bubble parameters was studied by using the gas meter and the bubble parameter analysis system, by mixing a variety of graded sand. The results show that it exists determinated law of influence between the sand grading parameters and the concrete bubble parameters such as air content, bubble stability, pore size distribution of bubbles and bubble spacing coefficient. According to this law, the concrete bubble parameters can be effectively optimized through the sand grading adjustment.
