摘 要:研究了水泥胶砂强度全过程数智化检测系统的关键技术,包括多机协作自动倾倒及刮料技术、多策略机器人调度算法和全链路追溯技术,并通过LIMS系统功能平台展示了应用效果,同时通过试验数据对比验证了该数智化检测系统的准确性。该数智化检测系统的应用有效提高了水泥胶砂强度检测的工作效率,实现了数据的实时监控和全过程唯一编码,保证了检测数据的重复性、真实性、准确性和可追溯性。
Abstract: The key technologies of the whole process digital intelligent detection system for the strength of cement mortar are studied, including multi-machine cooperative automatic dumping and scraping technology, multi-strategy robot scheduling algorithm and full-link traceability technology. The application effect is demonstrated through the LIMS system functional platform, and the accuracy of the digital detection system is verified through experimental data comparison. The application of the digital intelligent detection system effectively improves the efficiency of cement mortar strength detection, achieves real-time monitoring of data and unique encoding of the whole process, and ensures the repeatability, authenticity, accuracy, and traceability of detection data.
