摘 要:基于某地铁盾构施工产生的盾构泥浆再利用问题,采用盾构泥浆全替代砂,同时掺入减水剂、早强剂、微硅粉、纤维等材料设计并制备了同步注浆材料,采用正交试验法研究了减水剂掺量(1.0%~2.5%)、早强剂掺量(3%~6%)、微硅粉掺量(10%~25%)对同步注浆材料稠度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:经优化调整得到的同步注浆材料的最佳配合比为盾构泥浆2 000 g、水泥500 g、聚丙烯纤维1 g、减水剂5 g、早强剂25 g、微硅粉125 g、水987.2 g,此时,同步注浆材料的稠度、抗压强度等指标均满足工程要求。
Abstract: Based on the issue of reusing shield tunneling mud generated during shield tunneling construction in a certain subway, the synchronous grouting material was designed and prepared by replacing all sand with shield tunneling mud and adding water reducing agent, early strength agent, micro silica powder, fibers and other materials, and the orthogonal experimental method was used to study the effects of water reducing agent content(1.0%~2.5%), early strength agent content(3%~6%), and micro silicon powder content(10%~25%) on the consistency and compressive strength of synchronous grouting materials. The results show that the optimal mix proportion of synchronous grouting material obtained through optimization and adjustment is 2 000 g of shield tunneling mud, 500 g of cement, 1 g of polypropylene fiber, 5 g of water reducing agent, 25 g of early strength agent, 125 g of micro silica powder, and 987.2 g of water. Besides, the consistency and compressive strength of the synchronous grouting materials meet the engineering requirements.
