摘 要:建立了一种采用离子色谱法分析海砂中阴离子的检测方法,验证了该方法的准确度,在此基础上,采用L9(33)正交试验研究了砂水比、洗涤时间、洗涤次数对海砂中Cl-去除率的影响,并进行了成本效益分析。结果表明:采用离子色谱法可快速分离和检测出海砂中的F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、SO42-、I-,且准确度较高,相关系数R2均大于0.997 0;当砂水比为1∶20、洗涤时间为10 min、洗涤次数为3次时,对海砂的淡化效果最好,Cl-去除率可达99.8%;采用中水淡化海砂具有显著的环境效益。
Abstract: A detection method for anions in sea sand by using ion chromatography was established, and the accuracy of the method was verified. Based on this, the L9(33) orthogonal test was used to study the effects of sand-water ratio, washing time, and washing frequency on the Cl- removal rate in sea sand, and a cost-benefit analysis was conducted. The results show that using ion chromatography can quickly separate and detect F-, Cl-, Br-, NO3-, SO42-, I-, and the accuracy is high, with correlation coefficients R2 all greater than 0.997 0. When the sand-water ratio is 1∶20, the washing time is 10 minutes, and the washing frequency is 3 times, the desalination effect on sea sand is the best, and the Cl- removal rate can reach 99.8%. The reuse of reclaimed water for desalination of sea sand has significant environmental benefits.
