摘   要:对比研究了不同掺量(0、1%、3%、5%、7%)的斜发沸石和菱沸石对中、低水平放射性废液水泥固化体的流动度、抗压强度、抗浸泡性和抗浸出性的影响。结果表明:适量的斜发沸石或菱沸石均能有效提高水泥固化体的流动度、抗压强度和抗浸泡性;随着沸石掺量的增加,沸石对水泥固化体中90Sr、137Cs的吸附效果随之增强;斜发沸石对90Sr的吸附效果优于菱沸石,而对137Cs的吸附效果弱于菱沸石。 Abstract: The effects of different contents(0, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%) of clinoptilolite and chabazite on the flowability, compressive strength, immersion resistance, and leaching resistance of cement solidification material of low and medium level radioactive waste liquid were compared and studied. The results show that appropriate content of clinoptilolite or chabazite can effectively improve the flowability, compressive strength, and immersion resistance of cement solidification material. With the increase of the content of zeolite, the adsorption effect of zeolite on 90Sr and 137Cs in cement solidification material is enhanced. The adsorption effect of clinoptilolite on 90Sr is better than that of chabazite, while its adsorption effect on 137Cs is weaker than that of chabazite.

摘   要:对比研究了不同掺量(0、1%、3%、5%、7%)的斜发沸石和菱沸石对中、低水平放射性废液水泥固化体的流动度、抗压强度、抗浸泡性和抗浸出性的影响。结果表明:适量的斜发沸石或菱沸石均能有效提高水泥固化体的流动度、抗压强度和抗浸泡性;随着沸石掺量的增加,沸石对水泥固化体中90Sr、137Cs的吸附效果随之增强;斜发沸石对90Sr的吸附效果优于菱沸石,而对137Cs的吸附效果弱于菱沸石。

Abstract: The effects of different contents(0, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%) of clinoptilolite and chabazite on the flowability, compressive strength, immersion resistance, and leaching resistance of cement solidification material of low and medium level radioactive waste liquid were compared and studied. The results show that appropriate content of clinoptilolite or chabazite can effectively improve the flowability, compressive strength, and immersion resistance of cement solidification material. With the increase of the content of zeolite, the adsorption effect of zeolite on 90Sr and 137Cs in cement solidification material is enhanced. The adsorption effect of clinoptilolite on 90Sr is better than that of chabazite, while its adsorption effect on 137Cs is weaker than that of chabazite.

(1)当沸石的掺量不大于5%时,沸石对中、低水平放射性废液水泥固化浆体的流动性影响不大,当沸石掺量进一步增至7%时,浆体的流动性明显变差。
(2)与基准组相比,掺1%~7%沸石的中、低水平放射性废液水泥固化体的抗压强度均较高,最佳沸石掺量为5%。
(3)与未浸泡时的试样抗压强度相比,各组试样经去离子水浸泡90 d后的抗压强度均有所增大,说明废液中的组分未对基体产生明显的延迟膨胀、软化等不良作用。
(4)随着沸石掺量的增加,沸石对水泥固化体中放射性核素的吸附效果随之增强,但当沸石掺量从5%继续增至7%时,沸石对90Sr、137Cs核素的吸附能力提升不大。另外,斜发沸石吸附90Sr的能力强于菱沸石,而吸附137Cs的能力低于菱沸石。
