摘 要:研究了硅灰掺量、石英砂级配、胶砂比、水胶比、外加剂掺量对海上风电塔筒用超高性能灌浆料工作性和力学性能的影响,并确定了最佳配合比。结果表明:灌浆料的最佳配合比为水胶比0.22、胶砂比1.0、石英砂级配m2.00~0.60 mm∶m0.60~0.28 mm∶m0.28~0.10 mm=54∶23∶23、硅灰掺量6%、复合膨胀剂掺量6%、消泡剂掺量0.10%、塑性膨胀剂掺量0.03%;在最佳配合比下,灌浆料的初始流动度为340 mm,30 min流动度为320 mm,1 d抗压强度为68.7 MPa,3 d抗压强度为94.2 MPa,28 d抗压强度为132.9 MPa,3 h竖向膨胀率为0.23%,24 h竖向膨胀率为0.27%。
Abstract: The effects of silica fume content, quartz sand gradation, cement sand ratio, water binder ratio, and admixture content on the workability and mechanical properties of ultra high performance grouting materials for offshore wind turbine tower were studied, and the optimal mix proportion was determined. The results show that the optimal mix proportion of grouting material is water binder ratio of 0.22, cement sand ratio of 1.0, the quartz sand grading is m2.00~0.60 mm∶ m0.60~0.28 mm∶m0.28~0.10 mm=54∶23∶23, silicon fume content of 6%, composite expansion agent content of 6%, defoamer content of 0.10%, plastic expansion agent content of 0.03%. At the optimal mix proportion, the initial flowability of the grouting material is 340 mm, the flowability at 30 min is 320 mm, the compressive strength at 1 d is 68.7 MPa, the compressive strength at 3 d is 94.2 MPa, the compressive strength at 28 d is 132.9 MPa, the vertical expansion rate at 3 h is 0.23%, and the vertical expansion rate at 24 h is 0.27%.
