摘 要:节段胶拼技术随着预制装配式塔筒的发展,在风电混塔领域得到了广泛应用,且负温环境的混塔拼接缝的施工性能至关重要。研究了不同环氧树脂与固化剂含量比的环氧胶黏剂在负温(-5 ℃)环境下的施工性能,并提出了环氧胶黏剂搅拌阻力、体积稳定性的评价方法。结果表明:-5 ℃负温环境下,环氧胶黏剂具有较好的无约束线性收缩率,但搅拌阻力会有所增加。
Abstract: With the development of prefabricated tower structures, segmental splicing technology has made rapid progress in the field of wind power hybrid towers. The construction performance of hybrid tower splicing joints in negative temperature environments is crucial. The construction performance of epoxy adhesives with different ratios of epoxy resin to solidification agent content was studied under negative temperature(-5 ℃) environment, and evaluation methods for mixing resistance and volume stability of epoxy adhesives were proposed. The results show that the epoxy adhesive has a good unconstrained linear shrinkage rate in a negative temperature environment of -5 ℃, but the mixing resistance will increase.
