摘 要:水平拼接缝是混塔的重要装配节点,混塔的水平缝主要通过涂抹环氧树脂结构胶来进行拼接,该拼接方式能较好增强混塔整体性。但是,环氧树脂结构胶施工受天气和人为操作因素的影响较大,常出现涂抹不均匀、不密实等现象,引发系列工程隐患。基于有限元分析软件,以实际工程为背景,采用工程算法研究了混拼接缝缺胶工况对混塔受力特性的影响。结果表明:水平拼接缝缺胶对混凝土节段管片的受力特性影响较大,缺胶比例和缺胶深度会导致塔筒管片边缘局部产生应力集中的现象,当缺胶比例达到8%时,承载力计算值已达到临界值。
Abstract: The horizontal joint seam is an important assembly joint of the hybrid tower. The horizontal joint of the hybrid tower is mainly spliced by applying epoxy resin structural adhesive, which can effectively enhance the overall integrity of the hybrid tower. However, the construction of epoxy resin structural adhesive is greatly affected by weather and human factors, often resulting in uneven and non-dense application, leading to a series of engineering hazards. Based on finite element analysis software and with practical engineering as the background, engineering algorithms were used to analyze the influence of the lack of glue in the mixed joint on the stress status of the hybrid tower. The results show that the lack of glue in the horizontal joint has a significant impact on the stress characteristics of the concrete segment tower. The proportion and depth of missing glue can cause stress concentration at the edges of tower tube segments. When the proportion of missing glue reaches 8%, the calculated bearing capacity has reached the critical value.
