摘 要:为拓展超高性能混凝土(UHPC)在风电塔筒管片上的应用,开展了机制砂UHPC在风电塔筒管片中的应用研究。结果表明:在颗粒级配近似替代的原则下,采用连续级配的机制砂可制备出性能优异的UHPC,蒸汽养护48 h后,机制砂UHPC的抗压强度约172.6 MPa,抗拉强度约9.99 MPa;采用机制砂UHPC制备风电塔筒管片,虽然其早期水化放热量较大(内部温度最高可达约80 ℃),但严格控制生产工艺,可使机制砂UHPC塔筒管片表面无裂缝及其他缺陷。
Abstract: To expand the application of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) on wind turbine tower tube segments, the application of manufactured sand in UHPC wind turbine tower segments was studied. The results show that under the principle of approximate substitution of particle size distribution, using continuously graded manufactured sand can prepare high performance UHPC. After steam curing for 48 h, the compressive strength of UHPC is about 172.6 MPa, and the tensile strength is about 9.99 MPa. Using UHPC with manufactured sand to prepare wind turbine tower tube segments, although its early hydration heat release is relatively large(the internal temperature can reach up to about 80 ℃). However, strict control of production processes can ensure that the surface of UHPC tower tube segments with manufactured sand is free of cracks and other defects.
