摘要:基于已发布实施的能源行业标准NB/T 11311—2023《环形截面混凝土电杆结构设计规程》有关高强混凝土电杆正截面受弯承载力、开裂弯矩、裂缝宽度、挠度的计算公式,对比研究了掺钢纤维、未掺钢纤维混凝土电杆的力学性能。基于结果,建议在工程计算时考虑钢纤维对混凝土电杆性能的影响,并通过试验来确定钢纤维对电杆性能的影响系数;另外,高强混凝土电杆具有占地少、施工方便、施工效率高等特点,在输配电线路中应用具有显著的技术、经济和社会效益。
Abstract: Based on the calculation formulas of bending bearing capacity of positive cross section, cracking moment, crack width, and deflection of high strength concrete poles contained in the published and implemented energy industry standard NB/T 11311—2023 Code for design of conerete pole structure with circular cross section, the mechanical properties of concrete poles with and without steel fibers are comparatively investigated. Based on the results, the effect of steel fiber on the performance of concrete poles is recommended to be considered in engineering calculations, and the influence coefficient of steel fiber on the performance of poles is determined through tests. In addition, the high strength concrete poles have the characteristics of occupying less land, convenient construction and high construction efficiency, and its application in transmission and distribution lines can generate significant technical, economic and social benefits.
