摘 要:探究了锂渣中的SO42-的溶出机制,通过质量损失率、强度和膨胀率试验,研究了锂渣掺量(0、10%、20%、30%)对水泥砂浆内部硫酸盐侵蚀反应的影响,并进行了XRD分析。结果表明:掺锂渣的砂浆试件中会产生大量SO42-,从而发生内部硫酸盐反应,生成侵蚀性产物AFt;随着龄期的增加,掺锂渣的砂浆试件内部硫酸盐反应在210 d时基本全部结束,且未造成试件开裂破坏,宏观表现为试件的后期强度和膨胀率基本稳定,质量损失率基本有所降低,建议锂渣掺量不大于30%。
Abstract: The dissolution mechanism of SO42- in lithium slag was investigated, and the effects of lithium slag content (0, 10%, 20%, 30%) on the internal sulfate attack reaction of cement mortar were studied through mass loss rate, strength, and expansion rate tests, and the XRD analysis was conducted. The results indicate that a large amount of SO42- is generated in the mortar specimens with lithium slag, leading to internal sulfate reactions and the formation of corrosive product AFt. As the age increases, the internal sulfate reaction of the mortar specimens with lithium slag is basically complete at 210 d, and no cracking or damage is caused to the specimens. Macroscopically, the later strength and expansion rate of the specimens are basically stable, and the mass loss rate is basically reduced. It is recommended that the lithium slag content should not exceed 30%.
