摘 要:研制了一种具有大流动性、黏聚性好、微膨胀、高抗裂性能和耐久性能的灌缝砂浆。试验结果表明,与普通水泥砂浆相比,所研制的灌缝砂浆初始砂浆扩展度增大了24%,泌水率为0,初终凝时间延缓了10~11h,12d干缩变形率降低了66%,圆环开裂试验90d未发现开裂现象。研制的灌缝砂浆的工作性能、力学性能、抗裂性能和耐久性能均有明显优势。
Abstract: A new kind of grouting mortar is developed, which has excellent function in high fluidity, good glutinosity, slight expansion, high crack-resistance and durability. The experimental results show that compared with ordinary cement mortar, the initial slump flow of the grouting mortar increases by 24%, the bleeding rate is 0, the initial and final setting time is delayed by 10~11h, the 12d dry shrinkage deformation rate decreases by 66%, the cracking phenomenon never happens in 90d using the ring cracking test. The new grouting mortar has great advantage in aspect of workability, mechanical properties, crack-resistance and durability.
