摘 要:为了解决传统混凝土雨污水检查井易出现病害(如井体开裂)的问题,提出了一种预制超高性能混凝土(UHPC)雨污水检查井。通过结构设计和仿真分析对预制UHPC雨污水检查井的性能进行了评估研究,并对其制作和运输方式进行了介绍。结果表明:UHPC雨污水检查井的性能指标满足相关规范要求,受力性能较好,制作和运输方便,可为后续预制UHPC雨污水检查井的设计与应用提供参考。
Abstract: In order to solve the problem of common diseases (such as cracking of the well body) in traditional concrete sewage inspection well, a prefabricated UHPC sewage inspection well was proposed. The performance of the prefabricated UHPC sewage inspection well was evaluated and studied through structural design and simulation analysis, and its manufacturing and transportation methods were introduced. The results show that the performance indicators of UHPC sewage inspection well meet the requirements of relevant specifications, with good stress performance and convenient production and transportation, which can provide reference for the design and application of prefabricated UHPC sewage inspection well in the future.
