摘 要:为了制备压敏性良好的碳纤维水泥基复合材料,通过对碳纤维表面进行化学镀镍处理,得到镀液的最佳配方和镀镍工艺,并研究镀镍处理对碳纤维水泥基复合材料压敏性的影响。结果表明,当主盐、还原剂、稳定剂和络合剂浓度分别为30 g/L、20 g/L、50 g/L和10 g/L,镀液pH值为10,试镀时间为15 min时,碳纤维的导电性最佳。镀镍层厚度和碳纤维掺量对压敏性的影响规律一致,当镀镍层厚度和碳纤维掺量分别为1 μm和0.4%时,碳纤维水泥基复合材料的压敏性最佳。
Abstract: In order to prepare carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composites with good compression sensibility, the best formula of nickel plating solution and nickel plating process were obtained by electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fiber, and the effect of nickel plating on the pressure sensitivity of carbon fiber cement-based composite was studied. The results show that when the concentration of main salt, reducing agent, stabilizer and complexing agent are 30 g/L, 20 g/L, 50 g/L and 10 g/L, respectively, the pH of the plating solution was 10, and the conductivity of carbon fiber is 15 min, the conductivity of carbon fiber is the best. The effect of nickel plating thickness and carbon fiber content on pressure sensitivity is the same. When the thickness of nickel plating layer and the carbon fiber content are 1 μm and 0.4%, respectively, the carbon fiber cement-based composite material has the best pressure sensitivity.
