摘 要:研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)的掺量对石膏基自流平砂浆流动度、凝结时间、力学性能、保水性能的影响,并采用Hershel-Bulkley模型(H-B模型)对该石膏基自流平砂浆的流变性能进行了拟合分析。结果表明:掺入HPMC虽降低了石膏基自流平砂浆的初始流动度,但提高了砂浆的30 min流动度;掺入HPMC会对石膏基自流平砂浆的力学性能产生不利影响,随着HPMC掺量从0增加至0.10%,砂浆28 d的绝干抗压强度由19.5 MPa降低至12.8 MPa;HPMC的掺入能显著改善石膏基自流平砂浆的保水性,当其掺量为0.07%时,砂浆保水率为81.6%,较未掺HPMC组提高了近41%;当HPMC掺量从0增加到0.07%时,石膏基自流平砂浆的塑性黏度逐渐增大,但当HPMC掺量增大至0.10%时,塑性黏度变小,自流平砂浆出现假塑现象。
Abstract: The effects of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether (HPMC) content on the fluidity, setting time, mechanical properties and water retention of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar were investigated. The rheological curves of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar were fitted with Hershel-Bulkley model (H-B model). The results show that the incorporation of HPMC decreases the initial fluidity of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, but increases its 30 min fluidity. The incorporation of HPMC has a negative effect on the mechanical properties of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, when the content of HPMC increases from 0 to 0.10%, the absolute dry compressive strength of the mortar decreases from 19.5 MPa to 12.8 MPa. The incorporation of HPMC can significantly improve the water retention of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, when its content is 0.07%, the water retention rate of mortar is 81.6%, which is increased by nearly 41% compared with the unadulterated HPMC group. The plastic viscosity of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar gradually increases when the HPMC content is increased from 0 to 0.07%, while the plastic viscosity becomes smaller and the self-leveling mortar appears to be pseudo-plastic when the HPMC content is increased to 0.10%.
