摘 要:研究了模具结构形式(简易、异形)和振捣方式(分层、不分层)对清水混凝土构件外观质量和抗压强度的影响,并进行了XRD、SEM和EDS分析。结果表明:与采用简易模具生产的构件相比,采用异形模具生产的构件抗压强度较低,外观质量较差,容易出现色斑、色差和多孔现象,尤其在构件转角处,该现象更明显;与不分层振捣相比,采用分层振捣方式的构件外观质量得到显著改善,抗压强度较高;与简易构件相比,异形构件中未生成新的物质,但表面裂缝和孔隙较多,且孔隙中较高含量的C单质和CaCO3是造成色斑和色差的主要原因。
Abstract: The influence of mold structure forms (simple, irregular) and vibration methods (layered, non layered) on the appearance quality and compressive strength of fair-faced concrete components was studied, and XRD, SEM, and EDS analyses were conducted. The results show that compared with components produced using simple molds, components produced using irregular molds have lower compressive strength, poorer appearance quality, and are prone to color spots, color differences, and porosity, especially at the corners of the components. Compared with non layered vibration, the appearance quality of components using layered vibration is significantly improved, and the compressive strength is higher. Compared with simple components, irregular components do not generate new substances, but have more surface cracks and pores, and the higher content of elemental C and CaCO3 in the pores is the main cause of color spots and color differences.
