摘 要:研究了SAP掺量、再生粗骨料(RCA)取代率对自密实混凝土(SCC)工作性、力学性能和收缩性能的影响规律。结果表明:SAP对SCC工作性的影响不大,而RCA取代率对SCC工作性的影响较大;当SAP掺量一定时,SCC的坍落扩展度随RCA取代率的增加而降低;当SAP掺量一定时,SCC的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度随RCA取代率的增加而降低;当RCA取代率为75%、100%时,SCC的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度相对接近;SCC的劈裂抗拉强度发展速率随RCA取代率的增加而降低;与对照组相比,掺SAP及RCA的SCC的28 d自收缩均有显著降低;当SAP掺量一定时,SCC的自收缩随着RCA取代率的增加而降低;当RCA取代率一定时,SCC的自收缩基本随着SAP掺量的增加而降低。
Abstract: The influence of SAP dosage and recycled coarse aggregate(RCA) substitution rate on the workability, mechanical properties, and shrinkage performance of self-compacting concrete(SCC) was studied. The results show that SAP has little effect on the workability of SCC, while RCA substitution rate has a greater impact on SCC workability. When the SAP dosage is constant, the slump expansion of SCC decreases with the increase of RCA substitution rate. When the SAP dosage is constant, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SCC decrease with the increase of RCA substitution rate. When the RCA substitution rate is 75% and 100%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SCC are relatively close. The development rate of splitting tensile strength of SCC decreases with the increase of RCA substitution rate. Compared with the control group, the 28 d self-shrinkage of SCC doped with SAP and RCA is significantly reduced. When the SAP dosage is constant, the self-shrinkage of SCC decreases with the increase of RCA substitution rate. When the RCA substitution rate is constant, the self-shrinkage of SCC basically decreases with the increase of SAP dosage.
