摘 要:设计了全固废超硫酸盐水泥稳定材料的配合比,研究了其力学性能和耐久性能,并与水泥稳定材料进行了对比,提出了适用的施工过程质量控制方法。结果表明:制备的全固废超硫酸盐水泥稳定材料的无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、弯拉强度和间接抗拉强度均与水泥稳定材料的相当,抵抗干燥收缩的性能显著优于水泥稳定材料,这有利于实际工程中的裂缝控制;推荐采用硫酸盐SO3含量进行全固废超硫酸盐水泥稳定材料的施工过程质量控制。
The mix proportion of fully solid waste super sulfate cement stabilized material was designed, and its mechanical and durability properties were studied and compared with cement stabilized materials. Suitable construction process quality control methods were proposed. The results show that the unconfined compressive strength, compressive rebound modulus, flexural tensile strength, and indirect tensile strength of the prepared fully solid waste super sulfate cement stabilized material are comparable to those of cement stabilized material, and the resistance to drying shrinkage is significantly better than that of cement stabilized material, which is beneficial for crack control in practical engineering. It is recommended to use SO3 content in sulfate for construction process quality control of fully solid waste super sulfate cement stabilized materials.
