摘 要:以轴压比为主要考察参数,对6个1∶1足尺模型的薄壁方钢管混凝土梁柱节点进行了单调加载试验。试验观察了受力过程和破坏形态,得到了梁端荷载-位移曲线,并分析了节点的刚度、承载力和延性等重要指标。结果表明,试件节点均经历了弹性、梁局部屈服、塑性、破坏等阶段,直焊型节点的破坏主要是由梁局部屈曲及柱棱角处拉裂引起,螺栓节点的破坏主要是由于梁与柱贴板间焊缝开裂引起,加腋节点中加腋板显著增强了节点域刚度,塑性铰形成于梁上并远离节点区域,其破坏主要由梁局部屈曲引起,节点域完好,较好地满足了“强柱弱梁、节点更强”的抗震设计目标;采用螺栓贯穿连接措施对节点初始刚度影响不大,而采用加腋手段对节点初始刚度提高显著;加腋和螺栓贯穿连接措施均能较大地提高节点的承载力;随着轴压比的增大,试件极限承载力有一定小幅降低,而试件延性下降明显。
Abstract:Considering axial compression ratio as the main parameter, the tests on six full-scale models of joints between concrete-filled thin-walled square steel tubular columns and hollow steel tubular beams were carried out under monotonic loading. The loading process and the failure modes were observed, and the load-displacement curves of beam-ends were obtained. Based on the experimental results, the mechanical properties of the joints such as the stiffness, bearing capacity and ductility were analyzed. The results show that all the joints have experienced stages such as elasticity, local yield of beam, plasticity and destruction. The damage of directly welded joints is mainly caused by the local buckling of beam and pull crack of corner angle of columns, and the damage of bolt ones is mainly caused by weld crack of column and beam. For haunched joints, the stiffness is significantly strengthened by the haunched plate, the failure of joints is caused by the local buckling of beam, the plastic hinge appears at the beam where is away from the connection, and the core of joint is undamaged. This kind of joints better meets the seismic design principles, including " strong column and weak beam, stronger nodes". The method of bolt connection has little influence on the initial stiffness of the joints, while the method of haunching has significantly improved the initial stiffness of the joints. Both of the methods can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the joints. With the increase of the axial compression ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens is reduced slightly, while the ductility is decreased obviously.
