水下混凝土结构填缝止水胶抗渗性能试验方法研究

摘 要:对比分析了3种填缝止水胶(聚氨酯密封胶、聚硫密封胶、聚氨酯遇水膨胀止水胶)的拉伸性能、拉伸粘结性能、耐老化性能和低温柔性,提出了一种用于测试注胶防渗实体结构抗渗性能的实体模型试验装置与试验方法,研究了缝宽(5、10、20 mm)、注胶层厚度(5、10、15、20、25 mm)、相对剪切位移(0、3、6、9 mm)、水头压力(1.0 MPa恒压、极限渗透压力)对实体模型试件抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:聚硫密封胶的各项性能相对较优;在不同缝宽、注胶层厚度和相对剪切位移组合工况下,无论是1.0 MPa恒压作用还是极限渗透压力作用,聚硫密封胶试件的抗渗性能均最好;提出的实体模型试验装置与试验方法能够便捷准确地测试拼缝注胶防渗实体结构的抗渗性能。
Abstract: A comparative analysis was conducted on the tensile properties, tensile bonding properties, aging resistance, and low-temperature flexibility of three types of joint sealing adhesives(polyurethane sealant, polysulfide sealant, and polyurethane water swelling sealing adhesive). A solid model test device and test method were proposed to test the impermeability of the joint injected anti-seepage solid structure. The effects of joint width(5, 10, 20 mm), adhesive layer thickness(5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mm), relative shear displacement(0, 3, 6, 9 mm), and head pressure(1.0 MPa constant pressure, limit permeability pressure) on the impermeability of the solid model specimens were studied. The results indicate that the various properties of polysulfide sealant are relatively superior. Under different joint widths, adhesive layer thicknesses, and relative shear displacement combinations, whether under constant pressure of 1.0 MPa or limit permeability pressure, the impermeability of the polysulfide sealant specimens is the best. The proposed solid model test device and test method can conveniently and accurately test the impermeability of the joint injection anti-seepage solid structure.
