摘 要:制备了铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土异形构件,研究了浇筑层数(2、3、4层)、振捣时间(10、20、30、40 s)和脱模时间(15、20、25 h)对构件外观质量和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着浇筑层数的增加,构件的7 d回弹强度增大,且当浇筑层数为3层时,构件的外观质量最好;随着振捣时间的增加,构件的7 d回弹强度先增大后减小,且当振捣时间为20~30 s时,构件的外观质量较好;随着脱模时间的延长,构件的回弹强度增大,且当脱模时间为20~25 h时,构件的外观质量较好;综合考虑构件的外观质量、力学性能和模具周转频率,建议采用分3层浇筑、振捣时间为20~30 s和脱模时间20 h的施工技术。
Abstract: Ferro aluminate cement concrete irregular components were prepared, and the effects of pouring layer(2, 3, 4 layers), vibration time(10, 20, 30, 40 s), and demoulding time(15, 20, 25 h) on the appearance quality and mechanical properties of the components were studied. The results indicate that as the number of pouring layers increases, the 7 d rebound strength of the component increases, and when the number of pouring layer is 3, the appearance quality of the component is the best. As the vibration time increases, the 7 d rebound strength of the component first increases and then decreases, and when the vibration time is 20~30 s, the appearance quality of the component is good. With the extension of demoulding time, the rebound strength of the component increases, and when the demolding time is 20~25 h, the appearance quality of the component is good. Taking into account the appearance quality, mechanical properties, and mold turnover frequency of the components, it is recommended to adopt a construction technique of pouring layer of 3, vibration time of 20~30 s, and demoulding time of 20 h.
