摘 要:为研究大体积混凝土浇筑后的温度及应变变化规律,结合某工业厂房大型设备基础混凝土温度及应变测量数据,研究了该大体积混凝土关键区域(仓块中心、边缘、边缘凹角)温度-应变的时变规律。结果表明:混凝土温度变化与边界导热速率有关,各区域因边界区别温度变化规律也存在差别;当边界为外界空气时,混凝土为自由约束,应变只与混凝土的膨胀收缩有关;当边界为相邻混凝土及地基时,混凝土为固定约束,且约束随混凝土表面与边界的连接情况而改变,混凝土膨胀时受压应力,收缩时受拉应力;边缘凹角为混凝土形状突变处,会产生大量集中应力,混凝土应变明显较其他区域更大。
Abstract: In order to study the temperature and strain changes of mass concrete after pouring, combined with the temperature and strain measurement datas of the foundation concrete of a large equipment in an industrial plant, the time-varying temperature strain law of the key areas(center, edge, edge concave angle) of the mass concrete was studied. The results indicate that the temperature change of concrete is related to the thermal conductivity rate at the boundary, and the temperature change pattern varies in different regions due to boundary differences. When the boundary is the external air, the concrete is a free constraint, and the strain is only related to the expansion and contraction of the concrete. When the boundary is adjacent concrete and foundation, the concrete is a fixed constraint, and the constraint changes with the connection between the concrete surface and the boundary. The concrete experiences compressive stress during expansion and tensile stress during contraction. The concave corner of the edge is where the shape of the concrete suddenly changes, which will generate a large amount of concentrated stress, and the concrete strain is significantly larger than other areas.
