摘 要:为了解决机制砂生产过程中的废弃石粉(WSP)资源化再利用难题,采用WSP制备了预应力孔道压浆料,研究了单掺WSP、复掺WSP与粉煤灰或微珠对预应力孔道压浆料流动度、抗压强度及抗折强度的影响。结果表明:单掺WSP或复掺WSP与粉煤灰时,预应力孔道压浆料的流动度和抗折强度不符合规范要求;复掺适量WSP与微珠时,预应力孔道压浆料的工作性和力学性能均符合规范要求,其中,当WSP掺量为32%、微珠掺量为45 g时,所制备的预应力孔道压浆料的性能和经济性相对最优,预应力混凝土桥梁工程可优先考虑此方案。
Abstract: In order to solve the problem of resource reuse of waste stone powder(WSP) in the production process of manufactured sand, prestressed duct grouting material was prepared by using WSP. The effects of single addition of WSP, compound addition of WSP and fly ash or microbeads on the flowability, compressive strength, and flexural strength of prestressed duct grouting material were studied. The results show that when the WSP is added alone or in combination with fly ash, the flowability and flexural strength of the prestressed duct grouting material do not meet the requirements of the specifications. When adding appropriate content of WSP and microbeads, the workability and mechanical properties of the prestressed duct grouting material meet the requirements of the specifications. Among them, when the content of WSP and microbeads is 32% and 45 g, respectively, the performance and economy of the prestressed duct grouting material are relatively optimal, and this plan can be given priority consideration in prestressed concrete bridge engineering.
