摘   要:针对混凝土轻质墙板的上墙含水率及其对墙体干缩性能的影响,进行了含水率试验,研究了混凝土轻质墙板上墙含水率对干缩性能及其防裂措施的影响,探索了混凝土轻质墙板干缩随含水率的变化规律,提出了混凝土轻质墙板含水率时变模型,可为墙板合理的养护或上墙时间、干缩裂缝控制提供参考。 Abstract: Aiming at the moisture content during construction of the concrete lightweight wallboard and its influence on the dry shrinkage performance of the wall, the moisture content test was carried out. The influence of moisture content during construction of concrete lightweight wallboard on dry shrinkage performance and crack prevention measures was studied, and the variation law of dry shrinkage of concrete lightweight wallboard with moisture content was studied. Furthermore, the time-varying model of moisture content of concrete lightweight wallboard was put forward. The results can provide a reference for the reasonable maintenance time and the control of dry shrinkage cracks.

摘   要:为了研究BFRP筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能,进行了不同配筋率和不同配筋形式BFRP筋混凝土梁的四点弯曲试验,分析了试件的跨中挠度、抗弯承载力和裂缝分布规律。结果表明:BFRP筋混凝土梁的弯矩-挠度曲线表现出试件开裂、峰值弯矩为转折点的三折线特征;BFRP筋与钢筋混合配筋梁的弯矩-挠度曲线表现出试件开裂、钢筋屈服和峰值弯矩为转折点的四折线特征;BFRP筋与钢筋混合配筋能提高钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯承载力,减小BFRP筋混凝土梁的挠度和裂缝宽度,同时发挥BFRP筋强度高的特点;BFRP筋与钢筋混合配筋梁符合平截面假定,并给出了正截面抗弯承载力计算公式。 Abstract: In order to study the flexural performance of concrete beams reinforced with BFRP rebar, the four-point bending tests of BFRP reinforced concrete beams with different reinforcement ratios and different reinforcement forms were carried out, and the mid-span deflection, flexural capacity, and crack distribution of the specimens were analyzed. The results show that the bending moment-deflection curves of BFRP reinforced concrete beams show the characteristics of three-fold curve with specimen cracking and peak bending moment as the turning point. The bending moment-deflection curves of beams reinforced with BFRP rebar and steel rebar show the characteristics of four-fold curve with specimen cracking, steel yield and peak bending moment as the turning point. The mixed reinforcement of BFRP rebar and steel rebar can improve the flexural capacity of the reinforced concrete beams, reduce the deflection and crack width of BFRP reinforced concrete beams, and the strength of BFRP rebar can be sufficiently utilized. The beams reinforced with BFRP rebar and steel rebar conform to the plane section assumption, and the calculation formula of flexural capacity of the beams is given.
