摘 要:研究了不同掺量SAP滞留孔隙对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,通过与掺引气剂的试件进行对比,分析了质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、孔隙结构特征的变化规律。结果表明:从表观损伤和质量损失率来看,S0.3%组和S0.6%组试件的抗冻性能较差,但从相对动弹性模量和孔结构特征来看,S0.3%组和S0.6%组试件的抗冻性能较REF组好;总体上,掺入SAP对试件相对动弹性模量的提高效果远大于其造成的质量损失;SAP滞留孔隙对试件冻融损伤破坏的改善效果与引气剂的作用相似,可以改善试件内部孔隙特征,从而改善混凝土的抗冻性能。
Abstract: The influence of different contents of SAP retained pores on the frost resistance of concrete was studied. By comparing with specimens containing air entraining agents, the changes in mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus, and pore structure characteristics were analyzed. The results show that in terms of apparent damage and mass loss rate, the frost resistance of specimens in the S0.3% and S0.6% groups is poor. However, in terms of relative dynamic elastic modulus and pore structure characteristics, the frost resistance of specimens in the S0.3% and S0.6% groups is better than that in the REF group. Overall, the effect of adding SAP on improving the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity of the specimens is much greater than the mass loss caused by it. The improvement effect of SAP retained pores on freeze-thaw damage and destruction of specimens is similar to that of air entraining agents, which can improve the internal pore characteristics of specimens, thus enhancing the frost resistance of concrete.
