摘 要:采用静压成型法,以黄河淤泥为主要原材料,添加一定量的水泥和碱激发剂(生石灰、NaOH、水玻璃、CaCl2)制备了生态砌块,研究了水泥掺量(6%~30%)、碱激发剂单掺和复掺对生态砌块抗压强度的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:随着水泥掺量的增加,试块的抗压强度增大;单掺适量生石灰、NaOH、水玻璃、CaCl2均能有效提高试块的抗压强度;以上碱激发剂适量两两复掺可有效提高试块的抗压强度;生态砌块的抗压强度与混合料的化学成分、活性以及胶凝物质的数量、矿物组成、分布状态等有关。
Abstract: Ecological blocks were prepared using static pressure molding method with Yellow River silt as the main raw material, and a certain content of cement and alkali activators (quicklime, NaOH, water glass, CaCl2) were added. The effects of content of cement(6%~30%) and different alkali activators on the compressive strength of ecological blocks were studied, and microscopic analysis was conducted. The results show that with the increase of content of cement, the compressive strength of the test block increases. Single addition of appropriate content of quicklime, NaOH, water glass or CaCl2 can effectively improve the compressive strength of the test block. Compound addition of appropriate content of different alkaline activators can effectively improve the compressive strength of the test block. The compressive strength of ecological blocks is related to the chemical composition and activity of the mixture, and quantity, mineral composition, and distribution status of cementitious substances.
