摘 要:预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在管芯缠丝时,管芯内表面有时会出现环向裂缝。通过在PCCP管芯生产过程中植入光纤光栅传感器,测量了管芯缠丝过程中钢筒的环向应变、管芯内表面的环向和纵向应变,并进行了有限元数值模拟,揭示了管芯缠丝变形的普遍规律。基于此,提出了降低管芯纵向应变峰值的改进方案。研究成果可为PCCP设计和缠丝过程改进提供参考。
Abstract: During the wire-wrapped process of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP), circumferential cracks sometimes appear on the inner surface of the pipe core. By implanting fiber optic grating sensors in the pipe core during the production process of PCCP, the circumferential strain of the steel cylinder, the circumferential and longitudinal strains of the inner surface of the pipe core during the wire-wrapped process of pipe core were measured, and the finite element numerical simulations were conducted to reveal the general laws of wire-wrapped deformation of pipe core. Based on this, an improved scheme was proposed to reduce the peak longitudinal strain of the pipe core. The research results can provide a reference for the design and improvement of the wire-wrapped process in PCCP.
