摘 要:对比研究了配置HRB600纵筋的UHPC梁构件和配置HRB400纵筋的C40混凝土梁构件的抗剪性能。结果表明:采用UHPC和HRB600高强钢筋相结合有效提升了混凝土梁的抗裂性能、抗剪承载力和变形性能,推迟了弯曲裂缝的出现;当剪跨比为1.0、1.5、2.0时,与配置HRB400纵筋的C40混凝土梁构件相比,配置HRB600纵筋的UHPC梁构件的极限承载力Pu分别提高了147%、122%、103%,Pu对应的跨中挠度δu分别提高了22.5%、83.2%、145.0%;配置HRB600纵筋的UHPC梁构件的斜截面抗剪承载力受多因素影响,需对此进行深入研究。
Abstract: A comparative study was conducted on the shear performance of UHPC beam components with HRB600 longitudinal steel bars and C40 concrete beam components with HRB400 longitudinal steel bars. The results show that the combination of UHPC and HRB600 high-strength steel bars effectively improves the crack resistance, shear bearing capacity, and deformation performance of concrete beams, and delays the occurrence of bending cracks. When the shear span ratio is 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0, compared with the C40 concrete beam component with HRB400 longitudinal steel bars, the ultimate bearing capacity Pu of the UHPC beam component with HRB600 longitudinal steel bars is increased by 147%, 122%, and 103%, respectively. The corresponding mid-span deflection δu of Pu is increased by 22.5%, 83.2%, and 145.0%, respectively. The inclined section shear bearing capacity of UHPC beam components with HRB600 longitudinal steel bars is influenced by multiple factors and requires in-depth research.
