摘 要:研究了花岗岩机制砂、机制碎石对不同设计强度等级(C20、C30、C40、C50)混凝土凝结时间、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明:相较于天然骨料组试件,不论混凝土的设计强度等级多大,机制碎石、机制砂单一取代或同时取代天然骨料均降低了混凝土的凝结时间、28 d抗压强度、28 d劈裂抗拉强度和28 d抗折强度,其中,机制碎石单一取代天然碎石对混凝土力学性能的削弱作用基本最小,机制砂单一取代河砂次之,机制碎石、机制砂同时取代天然骨料对混凝土力学性能的削弱作用最大;混凝土的设计强度等级越高,由机制骨料取代天然骨料导致的混凝土力学性能损失基本越小。
Abstract: The effects of granite manufactured sand and stone on setting time, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete with different design strength grades were investigated. The results show that, compared with the natural aggregates group specimens, regardless of the design strength grade of concrete, the single replacement or simultaneous replacement of natural aggregates by manufactured aggregates reduces the setting time, 28 d compressive strength, 28 d splitting tensile strength and 28 d flexural strength of concrete. Among which, the single replacement of natural stone by manufactured stone has the smallest weakening effect on the mechanical properties of concrete, followed by the single replacement of river sand by manufactured sand, and the simultaneous replacement of natural aggregates by manufactured stone and sand has the largest weakening effect on the mechanical properties of concrete. The higher the design strength grade of concrete, the basically smaller the loss of mechanical properties of the concrete resulting from the replacement of natural aggregates by manufactured aggregates.
