摘 要:研究了矿物掺合料种类[石灰岩石粉(SH)、花岗岩石粉(HG)、钢渣粉(GZ)、粉煤灰(FA)]对花岗岩机制砂预拌砂浆孔结构、稠度、稠度损失、保水性、表观密度、抗压强度、干燥收缩和吸水率的影响。结果表明:28 d时,砂浆孔隙率的大小顺序为:FA组<GZ组<SH组<HG组;砂浆稠度的大小顺序为:FA组>SH组>GZ组>HG组,稠度损失的大小顺序为:HG组>GZ组>SH组>FA组,保水性的大小顺序为:HG组>FA组>SH组>GZ组,表观密度的大小顺序为:GZ组>HG组>SH组>FA组;28 d时,砂浆抗压强度的大小顺序为:GZ组≈FA组>SH组>HG组,砂浆干燥收缩值的大小顺序为:FA组<GZ组<SH组<HG组,砂浆吸水率的大小顺序为:FA组<SH组<GZ组<HG组。
Abstract: The effects of the types of supplementary cementitious materials[limestone powder(SH), granite stone powder(HG), steel slag powder (GZ), and fly ash(FA)] on the pore structure, consistency, loss of consistency, water retention, apparent density, compressive strength, drying shrinkage, and water absorption of ready-mixed mortar with granite manufactured sand were studied. The results show that, at 28 d, the order of porosity of mortar is as follows: FA group < GZ group < SH group < HG group. The order of the consistency of the mortar is as follows: FA group>SH group>GZ group>HG group, the order of the loss of consistency is as follows: HG group>GZ group>SH group>FA group, the order of water retention is as follows: HG group>FA group>SH group>GZ group, the order of the apparent density is as follows: GZ group>HG group>SH group>FA group. At 28 d, the order of compressive strength of mortar is as follows: GZ group≈FA group>SH group>HG group, the order of drying shrinkage value of mortar is as follows: FA group<GZ group<SH group<HG group, the order of water absorption of mortar is as follows: FA group<SH group<GZ group<HG group.
