摘 要:用NaOH溶液对橡胶颗粒进行改性,研究了改性橡胶颗粒粒径(100、140、180 μm)和掺量(0、5%、10%、15%、20%)对路面混凝土工作性、力学性能和抗疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:改性橡胶颗粒的掺入增加了混凝土的含气量,且随着改性橡胶颗粒掺量的增加或粒径由180 μm降至100 μm,混凝土的含气量逐渐增大;随着改性橡胶颗粒掺量或粒径的增加,混凝土的坍落度降低;改性橡胶颗粒的掺入降低了混凝土的抗压强度和弯拉强度,随着改性橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,抗压强度和弯拉强度均呈降低趋势,随着改性橡胶颗粒粒径由180 μm降至100 μm,抗压强度和弯拉强度先增后降;改性橡胶颗粒与水泥基材料的相容性较差,其掺入降低了混凝土的抗疲劳性能。
Abstract: The rubber particles were modified with NaOH solution, and the effects of the particle size(100, 140, 180 μm) and content(0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) of modified rubber particles on the workability, mechanical properties and fatigue property of pavement concrete were investigated. The results show that, the incorporation of modified rubber particles increases the air content of concrete, and with the increase of the content or the particle size reduction from 180 μm to 100 μm of modified rubber particles, the air content of concrete gradually increases. With the increase of the content or the particle size of modified rubber particles, the slump of the concrete decreases. The incorporation of modified rubber particles reduces the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, and with the increase of the content of the modified rubber particles, the compressive strength and flexural strength show a tendency to decrease, and with the reduction of the particle size of modified rubber particles from 180 μm to 100 μm, the compressive strength and flexural strength first increase and then decrease. The compatibility between modified rubber particles and cement-based materials is poor, and the incorporation of modified rubber particles reduces the fatigue property of concrete.
