摘 要:研究了减缩剂(SRA)、膨胀剂(EA)对低热水泥砂浆干燥收缩、力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着SRA掺量的增加,其对砂浆干燥收缩的抑制效果先增加后降低,且对力学性能有不利影响;随着EA掺量的增加,其对砂浆后期干燥收缩的抑制效果增加,砂浆各龄期的抗压强度基本呈降低趋势,7 d内的抗折强度降低,7 d后抗折强度基本呈先略微增加后降低的趋势;SRA与EA复掺时,在低掺量下(SRA0.5%+EA2%)具有较佳的抑制干燥收缩效果,且对砂浆力学性能的负面影响较低。
Abstract: The effects of shrinkage reducing agent(SRA) and expansion agent(EA) on the drying shrinkage and mechanical properties of low heat cement mortar were studied. The results show that with the increase of SRA content, its inhibitory effect on drying shrinkage of mortar first increases and then decreases, and has adverse effects on mechanical properties. With the increase of EA content, its inhibitory effect on the drying shrinkage of mortar in the later stage increases. The compressive strength of mortar at various ages shows a decreasing trend, and the flexural strength within 7 d decreases, after 7 d, the flexural strength shows a trend of first slightly increasing and then decreasing. When SRA and EA are mixed together, it has a better effect on suppressing drying shrinkage at low content(SRA0.5%+EA2%), and has a lower negative impact on the mechanical properties of mortar.
