摘 要:以双氧水为化学发泡剂,陶粒、水泥、粉煤灰为主要原料制备了轻质多孔型陶粒混凝土,研究了双氧水、粉煤灰掺量变化对陶粒混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,双氧水、粉煤灰掺量可有效改善陶粒混凝土内部孔结构分布,从而提高其力学性能、导热系数、抗冻融能力。在水胶比0.35,陶粒、水泥、纳米CaCO3、减水剂、稳泡剂、粉煤灰、双氧水用量分别为15%、40%、1%、0.04%、1.2%、28%~32%、6%~8%时,制备的陶粒混凝土表观密度低于1 100 kg/m3,抗压强度高于7 MPa,抗折强度高于3MPa,导热系数低于0.26 W/(m·K),冻融循环50次后,抗压强度损失低于20%,抗压强度大于6 MPa。
Abstract: The lightweight and multihole ceramsite concrete was prepared by using hydrogen peroxide as chemical foaming agent and ceramsite, cement and fly ash as main raw materials. The effects of the change of hydrogen peroxide and fly ash on properties of ceramsite concrete were researched. The results show that the mixing amount of flyash and hydrogen peroxide significantly improve the distribution of ceramsite concrete internal pore structure, so as to impact on the mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and freeze-melt resistance. When the water-binder ratio is 0.35, the dosage of ceramsite, cement, nano-CaCO3, water reducing agent, foam stabilizing agent, fly ash and hydrogen peroxide respectively is 15%, 40%, 1%, 0.04%, 1.2%, 28%~32% and 6%~8%,the apparent density of the prepared ceramic concrete is lower than 1 100 kg/m3, the compressive strength is higher than 7 MPa, the flexural strength is higher than 3 MPa, the thermal conductivity is lower than 0.26 W/(m·K) and the compressive strength loss is less than 20%, the compressive strength is greater than 6 MPa after 50 times freeze-thraw cycle.
