摘 要:研究了共聚甲醛(POM)纤维的体积掺量(0~2.00%)对含粗骨料超高性能混凝土(CA-UHPC)的流动性、表观密度和力学性能的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:掺POM纤维CA-UHPC的表观密度为2 300~2 420 kg/m3;随着POM纤维体积掺量的增加,CA-UHPC的流动性降低,抗压强度增大,劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度基本呈先增大后减小再增大的趋势;POM纤维与UHPC基体间的界面过渡区致密,基体开裂区域的POM纤维呈拔出和拉断两种破坏形式。
Abstract: The influence of the volume content of copolymer formaldehyde (POM) fiber(0~2.00%) on the flowability, apparent density and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete with coarse aggregates(CA-UHPC) was studied, and microscopic analysis was conducted. The results show that the apparent density of POM fiber reinforced CA-UHPC is 2 300~2 420 kg/m3. With the increase of the volume content of POM fiber, the flowability of CA-UHPC decreases while the compressive strength increases, and the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength show a non-linear trend, initially increasing, then decreasing, and subsequently increasing again. The interface transition zone between POM fibers and UHPC matrix is dense, with the POM fibers in the cracked regions of the matrix falling through either pull-out or tensile fracture mechanisms.
